    • Clear photographs or video evidence of the defect
    • Clear unboxing video must be provided for missing contents in the albums/ products.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the defective album. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the album reaches us safely.
